Independent review hub · Updated April 2026

The software affiliate marketers actually run — reviewed honestly.

Hands-on reviews of ad spy tools, landing-page builders, affiliate networks, and the software that runs real affiliate campaigns. Operated by the AdRecon team — we disclose that openly.

Affiliate marketers buy their tools differently than brand marketers. You need specificity — tools that understand ClickBank creatives, that track days-running instead of impressions, that capture landing pages before they get pulled. Most review sites don't know the difference.

AffiliateTools.co is built by operators for operators. We review ad spy tools, landing page platforms, affiliate networks, tracking stacks, and the broader software set that actually runs affiliate campaigns. Every review admits where a competitor wins before we pitch our own tool. Every claim is dated. Every price cites the source.

Today our coverage is focused on ad spy tools. Over the next quarters we plan to expand into landing-page builders, affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and email marketing. Bookmark the hub and check back, or subscribe to hear when new reviews drop.

The test bench

What we do — on every tool, every review.

Six steps. No exceptions. This is the part that scraper-review sites skip.

  1. 01

    Signup

We create a real account, pay for the lowest tier when no free option exists, and work through the onboarding flow firsthand.

  2. 02

    Feature walkthrough

Every claim on the marketing page gets exercised. If the tool says it does X, we try X and document what actually happens.

  3. 03

    Search stress test

The same query set runs across every tool — a ClickBank health offer, a Digistore BizOpp ad, a viral TikTok dropship product.

  4. 04

    Landing page capture

We test whether LPs get captured at all, and in what format — URL only, screenshot, or full HTML + asset archive.

  5. 05

    Export + integrations

Export formats, design-tool integrations, API access, and team-seat behavior are all poked. Broken exports are flagged.

  6. 06

    Pricing cross-check

Prices get re-verified against the tool’s live pricing page on publish day, cited with a date. No stale MSRPs.

What we refuse

The things we will not do.

This list is short, specific, and will stay that way. If you find us breaking any of these, email hello@affiliatetools.co and we’ll fix it within 72 hours.

  • No paid placements. A tool cannot buy a ranking or buy its way onto a listicle.
  • No fabricated user quotes or testimonials. If no real quote exists, no quote appears.
  • No fabricated star ratings — every score is AdRecon’s editorial opinion, labeled as such.
  • No "10x better" superlatives. Specific claims or nothing.
  • No reviews of tools we haven’t actually used. Every review is hands-on, not marketing-copy rehash.

Why AffiliateTools.co

Operator-built

Run by the AdRecon team — affiliate marketers ourselves. We know the difference between a ClickBank creative and an e-commerce one.

Meta-focused honesty

We publish AdRecon's limitations (Meta-only coverage, no AI features, premium pricing) openly. If another tool wins for your use case, we say so.

No paid placements

No tool paid to be included or ranked. We cite competitor marketing claims as claims — not facts — and date every price.

Frequently asked questions

Who operates AffiliateTools.co?
AffiliateTools.co is operated by the AdRecon team — AdRecon is an ad intelligence platform for affiliate marketers on Meta. AdRecon is a direct competitor to most of the tools we review. We disclose this openly on every page and compensate for it by publishing our methodology, stating competitor strengths before our own, and admitting AdRecon's limitations (Meta-only coverage, no AI features, premium pricing).
What category is "affiliate tools"?
The affiliate marketer's software stack includes ad spy tools (for researching what's working), landing page builders, affiliate tracking platforms, offer networks, email marketing tools, and creative research tools. Our v1 coverage focuses on ad spy tools; we plan to expand into landing page builders, tracking platforms, and email tools over time.
Are these reviews paid placements?
No. We do not accept paid placement or sponsored rankings. AdRecon pays for the infrastructure hosting this site, but no tool on this site paid to be included or to improve its ranking. See our methodology for the ranking criteria we actually use.
How often are reviews updated?
We refresh pricing quarterly and rerun full feature audits annually. Every page shows the "Updated" date in the hero. If you spot an outdated fact, please email hello@affiliatetools.co.
Does AffiliateTools.co cover tools beyond ad spy?
Not yet in v1. The current scope is ad spy / ad intelligence tools for affiliate marketers on Meta. Future expansion will cover email marketing, affiliate networks, landing page builders, and tracking platforms.
